To achieve more you must dare dream big. You must have the willpower. The right attitude. The right mindset and you must believe in your abilities.
If you don’t believe in yourself, you’ll never achieve your dreams. Steve Jobs, Mark Cuban, and Martin Luther King, Jr., benefited immensely from this confidence. However, we are not going to talk about their success. Rather, it is their willingness to rise up each moment they failed or faced setbacks while in pursuit of their ultimate dreams.
Count Your Wins.
Don’t get stuck on that negative side and think about your losses. Instead, count on your wins and look for all those good things that took place.
Design gratitude journal and capture all your wins (from the present day, last week, month, or even year-there). Getting in the habit of re-capturing those wins will help cultivate a complete sense of joy and give you hope to move forward.
So, whether they huge or small-just continue counting your wins!
Talk like a champion
Talk to yourself like a real champion. Also, talk to the person in you (perhaps) more than you listen to yourself. Take time to talk to your inner soul like a champion, and not like just a victim.
Talking to yourself like a real champion won’t allow negative thoughts to invade your mind.
With power & conviction, tell yourself “I’m the greatest and I can move mountains,” “everything has a solution and I have that solution and “I am not an ordinary person. I am a real champion.”
Believe in yourself
If you don’t believe in yourself, nobody will believe in you. So, start believing in your abilities first. For instance, don’t expect your boss to believe in you if you don’t believe in yourself. Also, an investor won’t see an entrepreneur in you if you don’t believe in yourself.
Great men and women who have tremendously changed the world understand the power of belief.
